— HELLO

I'm Emma. I design products people actually use.

For over eight years I've worked across fintech, healthcare, and consumer SaaS — leading discovery, shaping product strategy, and translating messy problems into interfaces that feel inevitable.

I care about the full arc of a product: the research that frames the problem, the systems that keep it consistent, and the small interactions that make it feel considered.

Based in San Francisco, I collaborate with founders and product teams worldwide — remote-first, quietly ambitious, always shipping.

VALUES

HOW I WORK
01

Clarity over cleverness

The best interface is the one users don't have to think about. I design for the obvious path first.

02

Evidence, not opinion

Every decision is grounded in research, data, or a testable hypothesis — never in taste alone.

03

Systems, not screens

I build patterns and tokens that scale, so teams ship faster without losing consistency.

04

Craft in the details

Motion, spacing, and copy are part of UX. The polish is where trust is earned.

— PROCESS

Research first, pixels second.

Every project starts with listening — to users, to stakeholders, to the data. From there I map the problem, sketch the shape of a solution, and pressure-test it with prototypes before a single pixel gets shipped.
